Delivery Only- Come make amazing memories!!! We are so happy to share our camp trailer, and we hope to help others make amazing memories like we have. This camper is very roomy with the huge slide out. Back bedroom is a bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds and a pull out couch / full size bed plus closet,under bed storage, under couch storage, smart tv, and USB ports. Middle of camper has u-shaped dinette that converts to full/queen bed and two storage compartments, pull out full size couch / bed with storage under, full kitchen to include keurig coffee maker and all cooking essentials, a pantry, and a bathroom (with small tub/shower combo)A large flat screen smart tv, DVD player, stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, and a fireplace(the fireplace is currently inoperable being replaced by warranty), as well as multiple USB ports. Front of camper is master bedroom with rv queen bed and mattress topper, flat screen smart tv, two closets, 6 drawers, shoe storage shelf, USB ports, usb fan, and under bed storage. Outside there is an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen including bbq grill and mini fridge, large awning, outdoor led light strip, outdoor speakers, tiki torches, blackstone grill, fold up camp table, camp chairs, propane fire pit with propane tank, small cornhole boards & bags, football, volleyball and frisbee. Camper comes with all fresh bedding, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, beach towels, cooking essentials, dvds and extra blankets.What's includedFresh linens(bedding,towels,hand towels,washcloths,extra blankets), propane fire pit, black stone grill, DVDs, outdoor rug, 8 camp chairs, folding table, American flag, pots & pans, cutting board, utensils, can opener, bottle opener, reusable ice cubes, cups, plates, bowls, coffee cups, wooden spoons, spatulas, lighter, toaster, roasting sticks, coffee, creamer, sugar, seasonings, cooking spray, dish soap, dish sponge, bug candle, flashlights, batteries, bug spray, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, broom/dust pan, stick vacuum, and cleaning spray.RecommendationsOur renters love to be near the water.
