Accommodating and responsive team
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and facilitate smooth pickups, even last-minute. They attempt to resolve issues by offering options and support.
Runs well, equipped for travel
Generally runs great with complete amenities and convenient waste handling. One issue noted was a water pump problem identified at pickup, and another mentioned a stiff water valve/overflow.

4.5Very friendly and helpful staff. Vehicle fine but had problems with very stiff water valve and unable to use city water without overflow running. Could have used more utensils and plates etc. Overall a very good experience and excellent holiday thanks.
