It was as easy as could be - given all the moving parts, logistics; and potential problems. The rv’s worked well for the most part- the staff was good . There was one incident with a door and they fixed it right away. The costs were presented fairly. We will use them again.

Everything was terrific from booking, payments, orientation to RV, RV supplies, RV condition, and return process. No hidden fees. Staff was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Alaska RV Rentals!

The RV rental went very smoothly. We needed an RV at the last minute. The women who answered the phone was professional, kind and honest. We did not need a thirty one foot RV but we were happy you had one at such short notice, immediately. The staff who got us into the RV and on the road were very kind and patient, showed us how everything worked. Our vacation was saved. We truly had an awesome vaction! Thank you and I wish Alaska RV Rentals great success in the future.

Jessie has been well loved, and so she shows her age. But the RV was clean when we picked it up. The staff was friendly and accommodated our later arrival. Even though the RV had some cosmetic issues, and did not have a functioning awning, the motor, electrical, and generator all ran well with no issues. It does sleep 10 people, with at least 4 of those people being children, but 10 cannot sit in seats while the RV is being driven. Overall we had a very positive experience and would rent from this outfit again.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Alaska RV Rentals. Jamie, in particular, was an exceptional help to us! She took the time to talk to us about our destinations and made several suggestions we wouldn't have thought to include (especially Valdez, which was a great addition!). She was very quick to return phone calls or texts throughout. Although Charles is an 'older' RV, it ran great; we loved the layout of the interior. Picking up and dropping off the RV was hassle-free. All in all, a wonderful experience!

That Sprinter is a little tired and overused - Please either sell it , or give it a fair description on your website and rent it at a reduced rate. Be Fair guys !!! BTW - don’t drive it with the window down, or you will cringe from the overwhelming smell of the holding tank.
