A full functional kitchen equipped with all kitchenware, and full size residential refrigerator perfect for longer stays. The four season rig has heat, air and a waterheater, and full hookups. Plenty of wide open space with high ceilings and a great size living room. A large patio folds down on the side offering extra outdoor space. There is a nice size bathroom and shower offering plenty of room. The living room has a recliner and a reclining couch the reclines out enough to comfortably sleep 2 children or one adult, allowing the RV to sleep 3-4 comfortably. Additional items with the RV are a grill, table, and two camping chairs. Get out and enjoy the outdoors in the great RV.What's includedEvent goers are welcome, however I do require electric and water hookups at a minimum for all bookings. I will deliver and setup so that you can kick back and enjoy.RecommendationsRiver Ranch RV resort is a great destination offering a large array of activities, trap shooting, airboat tours, and horseback riding just to name a few. Orlando has many great attractions and some nice parks to stay out during your visit.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking in the RV, partial hookups (Electric, Water) are required. A honey wagon will be supplied for gray water only at a rental cost for bookings longer than 3 days that do not have a sewer connection. Our furry little family members are welcome, but please do not bathe pets in the shower. Get out and enjoy.
