Your vehicle will required a 2in ball and a trailer hitch that would permit the ball to raise or lower to approximately 16in from the ground. Also make sure your vehicle has a 7points connection plugRecommendationsWe love Wally because it forces us to spend a lot of time outside and camp having access to all the comfort of a bigger trailer. Wally is super comfy and safe. It is the perfect trailer for wild adventures and giant memories. And if the weather is awful just crawl up and snuggle up to watch movies or listen to some nice music! We never got bored travelling with Wally!Other things to notePets are allowed but please be careful to avoid scratches or damaged to the wood. If your pet is going to sleep in the trailer we require you bringing a waterproof cover to protect the mattresses. And most important, do not leave pet alone in the trailer. Also no smoking in the trailer.

5.0Wally is a fantastic little guy, and his humans are even better. Sent lovely videos before to explain how he worked, then walked me through it all on site, parked him for me... all in all a wonderful first Outdoorsy experience.

5.0Everything was great. This was our first trip with a trailer and this little Wally was just perfect for us, it’s comfortable and has just what you need. Easy to prep and get on the road. Sophie was great and gave us very detailed explanations. Highly recommended, will book again!

5.0Sophie and Kevin were great and so was Wally. It was a big step up from tent camping to have electricity, A/C and a refridgerator. The inside is queen bed sized so it may be snug for a tall man. My adult daughter and I are on the shorter side so we had no issues and felt there was plenty of space. Sophie showed me how everything in the camper worked and they checked in after the first night to make sure I was doing well. I would certainly rent from them again without concerns. It was a really easy tow with my mid-sized truck but a small SUV could do it easily.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
To enjoy all features in Wally, it is better to be hook to electricity. Small electronics like DVDs, plugs and lights can run on batterie but drain it faster. 3 gold rules for the AC to run: - Wally MUST be plugged in - Fan switch must be ON - Open windows when AC is on (Safety matter) The ceiling fan: - Always unlock before raising the cover. Do not force it. - Keep the ceiling fan closed & locked while raining or if you are not in the trailer. - Stop the fan before changing airflow direction.

Can I change my dates during the trip?
A.
Yes we are flexible! Please note though if a discount was available for a specific amount of days but you end up shorting your trip, the discount will not be applicable. If you decide to increase the length of your trip we are also flexible but if the renter does not return the trailer as the agreed time, extra nights / late fees will apply. Please see the extra night fee in the adds on.

Can I bring Pets?
A.
Pets are available but please make sure to check the adds on as we have a pet fee of $10/day. If the renter did not check the pet fee but have pets on the trip the pet fee will be automatically deduced from the renter deposit fee.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will show you the water and Electrical system at pickup. All info related to set up, safety, tricks and tips will be included as well as contacts, insurance information and other important information. There is no bathroom so sewage is N/A. For water, it is the best to use distilled water in the 5 gallons tank available. The pump sink works better this way. The gray water will drain direct on the ground via an water exhaust opening under the camper easy to access and control.
