We look forward to sharing our RV with you! Please take care of it and keep it cleaned up by the end of your stay. This is your pet friendly 32ft travel trailer with master bedroom with two deep cabinet storage on both sides of the queen size bed. It also has a pull out sofa which turns into a full size bed. There are double bunk beds that are only to be used for your kids. Please wash all non disposable kitchen items with the dish soap included and wipe down the high touch areas with the disinfecting wipes. At the end of your stay please put all towels in the shower for us to wash. Smoking or vaping in or near the RV is prohibited.When booking your camping site keep in mind the length of the camper is overall 32' and the slide out is on the drivers side, be aware of this when booking your site. This is a delivery and setup only rental. We ask that you treat our RV with care and please make sure you leave it in the condition it came in. We use this for our own family as well. Please also be sure to put awning in when camper is not being occupied and also during stormy weather and when going to bed at night.
**Checkout**-Renter will be present for walk through with owner during rental return. Renter will be ready to vacate the campsite/RV one hour prior to check out time. This will allow us time to come and break down the RV to move it out in time for the campgrounds check out policy time.Additionally there will be extra fees incurred for the following:Dumping of tanks fee (If no full hook up)-$50
Cleaning fee ( If camper was not thoroughly cleaned) -$50
