• Dogs are allowed but no cats as I am allergic to cats. You will be responsible for any damage done by your fur babies. We have a special mattress that we use for our dogs to sleep on in the dining table area that your pets can use. Never have your pet on the furniture without something to protect the vinyl. you will be responsible for any rips to the vinyl.

- Security deposit: NZ$850.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: NZ$170.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Full propane tanks for hot water and heater and fuel for the Blackstone grill. This also covers all bathroom amenities.
