Sleeps 8. 30 ft of living space. Two air conditioning systems. (If in a dry site you’ll need two generators to operate both ACs at the same time). Island for more counter space. Lots of storage even underneath dining room seats. Has a fabulous outside kitchen with mini fridge. Inside has full size fridge. Separate Bunkhouse room with privacy. Bunkhouse holds 4 adults, but more small children. Has television and DVD player in bunkhouse. Has a wider door entrance with very sturdy stairs. You would have plenty of room for your family when you rent this camper. Pets are welcome but must be in kennel when inside alone (we have them to rent). We also offer add ons and experience camping packages. Just let us know what we can do to make your camping experience better. We're here for all you need!What's includedKitchen comes with plates, utensils, pots, frying pans, cast iron skillet, plastic plates and cups, coffee cups. Linens are fully covered: sheets, towels and washcloths for 8, blankets, pillows, floor rugs , DVD player and movies.

-Absolutely no smoking in the camper. If smoke is detected your whole deposit will be withheld. No exceptions.
-Absolutely do not climb on camper roof or anywhere else.
-Do not fix any problem yourself before notifying us. If there is water leak disconnect from water service hookup and call us immediately.
-Awning must be retracted if there is wind or rain!! Wind and rain is not an awnings friend! If awning is damaged renter will have to pay for repairs.
-You must keep camper clean. Keep any water dried up inside camper at all times. Standing Water is not a Camper's friend.
-Do not sleep more than camper can hold because it will set off the carbon monoxide alarm all night long for lack of oxygen. If this happens open front door to let in fresh air.

We are a family owned and operated and located in Yatesville, Ga. We are experienced campers and have many camping spots to suggest! We have a fleet of 7 newer model campers that we Deliver Only to your camping site. We have generators for rent if needed. Each camper holds 40-50 gallons of water for dry site camping. The 2022 and 2023 are 50 amp and the rest are 30 amp. These two also have LED fireplaces. We also do experience camping packages at $40, $80, and $120 levels: Family: s’mores, games, candied fruit, games, movie night, kayak, tube floats, paddle boards Romantic: chocolate fruit, roses, games, inflatable hot tub, candles Hunting: local grilling meats, beer, games, charcuterie, no scent spray products Holiday: decor, activities, food, drinks Adult Party: beverages, games, food, themes Child Party: gaming, makeover, tea party, camping, glow and more.
