Review summary
Highly communicative and responsive
Krista and her team (Sam, Tim) receive praise for their excellent communication, responsiveness, flexibility, accommodating last-minute requests, and assisting with setup. However, there are two instances of host cancellations shortly before departure.
Spacious layout, comfort concerns
Guests appreciate its spacious layout and effective AC. However, multiple reviews note extremely uncomfortable beds, a frequently non-functional awning, inconsistent cleanliness (ranging from dusty to mouse droppings), and an unstocked kitchen. A reviewer also reported refrigerator cooling issues and an unemptied black tank on arrival.
