This comfortable unit has everything! One large slide provides a queen size bed that offers privacy from the other two sleeping areas. It has a full size bed over the cab that is comfortable & private as well. A fold down couch creates one more full size bed that enables you to snuggle up & watch a movie on the 43" TV with sound bar & subwoofer for an awesome movie experience. There is a DVD player when Wi-Fi isn't available for streaming. The dining table folds down for two small children to enjoy their favorite game console before nap time. The couch & table in the upright position provide comfortable seating to enjoy dinner, cocktails and/or entertainment. Both are flanked by huge windows allowing you to enjoy the view! Ocean view accommodations without the up charge.
Thor has a full kitchen; gas range & oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer & a coffee maker. It is stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, glassware and pots & pans.
It boasts a full size shower with excellent water pressure & plenty of hot water. The heat/air is quick & powerful! Generator turns on with a push of a button. Churchill Downs, the Ali Center and all the bluegrass state has to offer, the Parthenon, yes, you read that right, in Tennessee. Big giant bugs in Mississippi! Stayed on a college campus in Alabama to bring back some great memories. NOLA, Baton Rouge and much of Louisiana. Houston, Dallas, Amarillo…. the BIG state of Texas. The splendors of Navajo land in New Mexico. The Grand Canyon and the beautiful deserts of Arizona. Hoover Dam and Vegas baby! As well as The Biggest Little City in the World, Reno. Tahoe, all of her mountainous glory. California, top to bottom, mountains to the ocean. Create your own memories but I'm here to help if you need any local suggestions.Other things to noteFly and go! Located less than 5 miles from the Sacramento International Airport!Festivals are ok. We all enjoy them. Be respectful of Thor. Essentially you break it you buy it. Your security deposit will be determined by what festival you attend and keep him clean. 🔥 Burning Man 🔥 is the exception however. Insurance will not cover either of us unfortunately and the playa doesn’t play well with the mechanics of Thor so we have to pass of that particular festival.

Smoke outside or don’t rent him. $450 ozone treatment will be charged if you decide to break that rule.Pets, they are family. Please get approval in writing. Charges apply. Any damage is your responsibility and will be taken out of your deposit.
