3.0The trailer we booked is not like the pictures. The pictures show an upgraded gorgeous trailer with an outdoor sink and countertop. The listing showed and said that a large outdoor rug and 2 lounger chairs would be provided. This was not set up when arrived and only could find an indoor runner rug with 2 camper chairs. The trailer that we got was refurbished- clearly very old. The countertops in the trailer were actually wrapped in fake wood print. The dining table was terribly chipped and damaged everywhere. The seats were very old and outdated. There was no outdoor sink or countertop - just filthy tools and cooking pans stored in the outdoor storage bins. The canopy was black and there was a tear at the edge of the canopy. We had issues with the refrigerator - it was not on when we arrived and we were not sure how to turn it on. We did communicate with the owner who did respond but there were gaps in responding which delayed getting the ref cold so we had to leave our food in the cooler that first night. We then had issues with the oven - it would not heat up. We reached out to the owner who did eventually respond but we ended up using our neighbors trailer to warm up our food.
