5The entire process was easy. All of the workers were very nice especially the women’s at the front desk and the gentleman that showed us everything about the rv. Overall it was a great experience.

3I understand that the unit rented was not prepared and ready to go, however there were some issues. The stereo inside the camper was not operational. You need to be clear when renting to new campers about 3 things. 1 do not use a hair dryer while the ac in on. 2 keep the Grey water lever stays open all of the time and 3- how to properly set the a/c so the its not running all day just to keep it a little cool. Thank you for the opportunity to tell our story. I will come back and rent again.
