Super simple, no fuss. What's includedA double bed and a small bed created by lowering the table - good for a child. Bring your own bedding or we can provide. Bring your own kitchen items, or we can provide. Includes two outdoor chairs, basic cleaning supplies (broom, dish soap, rags) and a mat to put on the ground at the entrance. NB that length does not include the tow hitch assembly. No pets, no smoking, no candles.If you include the propane, you can use the water heater and gas stove. If you choose not to have the pump out, you will not have running water at all - if you do choose the pump out, the trailer will have the water tank pre-filled with potable water. You need a 50 amp electrical spot to have the lights, air conditioning working.
