It is a compact but spacious travel trailer.
The dry weight is 2200 poundsInside includes:
-dinette area with 4 seats and table (the benches and table turn into a bed slightly smaller in width than a double bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults)
-L shaped cushioned bench that seats 4 and pulls out into another bed that sleeps 2 adults as well.
-3 burner propane stove
-sink (no running water hook up access or water draining access at the moment)
-propane heater
-lots of storage cupboards and 2 spacious closets as well as storage under seating benches

-3 decorative throw pillows
-2 double fitted sheets
- 2 pillow cases
-round area rug
- fly swatter
