• Pet-friendly with a $60 non-refundable deposit per dog up to 2.
• Requests to extend the trip must be made 24 hours or more before the planned drop-off day for approval. A $30/night fee will be added to the nightly rate.
• Absolutely no third-party towing or setup. This is also an Outdoorsy rule that must be adhered to. If violated you will forfeit your security deposit.
• No SMOKING, VAPING, or DRUGS are allowed in the camper. If this is violated, you will lose your deposit.
• Instabook available for pick-up-only rentals; adjustments may be needed due to the time I am available. All efforts will be made to accommodate your booking before requesting a change.
• Returns are due by 6 pm, unless previously discussed. A fee of $50/hr will begin at 7 pm.
• Any drop-off at or after 11 pm, you will be charged an additional night
• The owner of the camper is not and will not be held liable for any damage, fines, tickets, medical bills, or any associated costs that result from dog(s) traveling with the renter. It is recommended that your dog(s) be kept on a leash, in a kennel, or anchored at all times when outside of the camper. Please be a responsible pet owner.
• With Pick up- If black water is not emptied and the system is not cleared you will be charged $100
• For delivered rentals not connected to sewer, there is a $100 fee for clearing black water and clearing the system.
• $50 to clear the system if connected to sewer. Will discuss at walk through
• 5 gallons of 87 octane gas is provided for the generator. Please return the provided tank full of 87-octane gas. There will be a $40 fee if it is not filled. The generator does not need to be returned full.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I would like the camper picked up before noon and dropped off by 6 pm. But I am willing to work with you on a time that works for you or with notice. Things happen, and I understand this. If you need to change the time, I may need to adjust the pickup or drop-off location, but it will be close to the original agreed-upon location. Please note that the contract includes a section on late drop-off without a phone call.

How does everything hook up or run when setting up at the campground?

Before you leave, a walkthrough, instructions on how to use or hook up sewer, power, generator, hitch, and sway bars will be done. We will make sure all of your questions are answered before you leave for your trip. We will provide our contact information if you have any questions during your trip. Please plan on 1 hour to complete walk through, instruction of use, pre-trip photos and paperwork, and hook-up.
