The positive things include the camper itself being nice and comfortable. The owner offered flexibility in pick up and drop off times.The challenges- Jared did not do a very thorough walk through with my husband resulting in us not seeing past damages or a faulty black tank sensor reading. The camper is very difficult to level due to issues with the jacks. When returning, I pointed out about 5 things we noticed. Jared was defensive about the things we shared and was very quick to point blame for things that he noticed were wrong. We ended up being charged for awning and Jack damage that we pointed out were problems in the beginning. I’m certain we didn’t cause the Jack damage. And will take some responsibility if the awning didn’t close as tight as it did before we used it, but he didn’t seem to care about the prior damage we noticed. Overall, the communication from Jared was lacking in terms of coming up with a compromise and he simply filed a claim which we have paid. We expressed multiple times that a conversation could have gone a long way.Great camper, but do a very thorough inspection and take pictures and document everything.
