What you’ll love about your adventure using this camper van is the ability to be out in nature with all the comforts of a home. It really makes it easier to rest after a long day of hiking, swimming, camping, exploring a city, whatever your adventure may be!Outfitted with standing fridge, a heater, an AC unit, a fan, a sink, a hot water heater, a convertible shower, multiple USB ports, an inverter that powers 4 outlets, an awning, a 23 gallon fresh and grey water tank, and 300ah batteries attached to solar, it really has it all!Our personal use usually includes two adults, one child and one dog. This van was custom built for two adults (us), with the idea in mind that the van could grow with us as we started our family. This van has 4 seatbelts. The queen bed is long enough to fit two tall persons (6'4"). The additional sleeping arrangements are less accommodating for a 3rd and 4th individual, with the only options being a child mattress for the front of the cab, or to utilize the floor of the van or bring additional camping equipment (like a tent). When we've traveled, we typically place a dog bed underneath our own bed to sleep and in between the driver and passenger seat when driving.- Please drive carefully! The vehicle is tall, long, and heavy. Take turns slowly, watch for clearances less than 11’, and give yourself ample space and time to drive safely. Do not drive through a Drive-Thru, they are all too small. Maximum speed is 70mph (highway).- This vehicle is NOT an off-roading vehicle. There is a water tank underneath, please take note of any speed bumps, potholes, or other inclines/declines that may scrape the bottom.- Remember to secure all items before driving, they could become projectiles!- Conservation is key, if you are not using a feature (lights, water heater, etc), save your power and turn it off.- Do NOT use the camper heater while the van engine is running.-When using the water hose in the rear of the van to refill the fresh water tank, please lift the mattress and keep close watch on the filling water. Your vacation will be dampened if you walk away and an overfill occurs!- This van sleeps comfortable two people. Additional accommodations can be requested and permitted by the owner. Additional supplies such as blow up camping pads, linens, child mattress for front of cab, are items that need to be cleared prior to reservation. What's included-Fresh linens- two towels, two hand towels, an extra towel. Additional linens for additional persons can be requested.
