Responsive but with one cancellation
Jose was frequently praised for excellent communication, helpfulness, and accommodation by most renters. However, he canceled one booking prior to departure.
Comfortable, well-equipped family trailer
The trailer was noted as clean, having an excellent layout, and all necessary amenities, providing comfort and being perfect for families. AC struggled during a heatwave.

5.0Great communication, trailer was clean, and delivered on time. It was a heat wave weekend and trailer didn't really cool down enough but with it being a heat wave I'm not sure that it would have.
