This does not cover any damage, such as rips on furniture or scratches on floors or walls, which would also be deducted for the security deposit.We do offer delivery, pick up, and setup, but if you are towing our trailer, your tow vehicle must have a standard 2" receiver, 7 way round connector, a towing capacity of at least 10,000 lbs. (I personally recommend using a vehicle that can tow twice as much as the dry weight for safety reasons), and a tongue weight capacity of at least 618 lbs. (This trailer's dry weight is 6,078 lbs.) If you don’t have a brake controller, no worries, we have a wireless plug-and-play option that works with any smartphone. If you are not familiar with a brake controller, don’t let it scare you, they are simple and easy to use!When picking up our trailer, we are moving to a contactless hand off system, so we are working on you being able to pick up and return our RV’s without anyone being present by providing instructional videos on how to get to the RV’s, which RV is yours, how to access your RV, sending pictures for insurance to activate, and signing required documentation. If you have questions on this, please let us know!Pick ups, delivery, setups, and cancellations are pretty flexible!
