5.0Rented it out for a Memorial Day weekend camping trip. It is an amazing Sprinter with everything you could possibly need (and much more)! Very clean and well loved. Surprisingly good gas mileage, at least for its size. Hosts were super easy, accommodating, and responsive to questions. Overall highly recommended! I would say that we will book again but I'm pretty sure we are getting are own now.

5.0The sprinter van was great. Both Gary and London made every effort to communicate in advance of the trip. The van was delivered on time right to our door! When we told the host that we were planning a bike trip around Oregon, London included the bike rack for easy travel. when we had an issue during the trip with the battery management system failing to charge, both London and Gary were quick to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with no down time. They were awesome. The van has everyiung you need for a self-containged trip including dishes, towels, bedding... super nice. We enjoyed our trip and would do it again.

Van was in tip top running condition and provided everything I could have needed for myself and my dog. during the drop-off process they took the time to go over how to use everything and get the most out of my experience. Will definitely look at using them again for a future rental!

5.0The van was amazing! Really spacious and well thought out, it had all the amenities and equipment we needed to make our 4 day trip through South Eastern Oregon special. It was very easy to drive and on handled all terrain we drove on, including trails and unpaved roads, extremely well. I was working for two of the days of our trip and the Starlink was blazing fast, reliable, and kept us online with navigation way out in the wilderness where there was no cell service. London and her husband were super responsive and worked with us to pick up / drop off the van in convenient places and answered all of our questions. I loved my experience with the van and will be looking to rent this again the next time I'm planning a van life trip.

How does the van’s electric system work?
A.
The van has a Volta power system with high-capacity lithium-ion batteries and an inverter to supply electricity. You can plug into a campground hookup to charge or run appliances, and it also charges while driving using a high-output alternator, allowing you to power things like air conditioning without propane or a noisy generator. We’ll show you how to monitor and operate the system during pickup.

How do water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The van has a 35-gallon freshwater tank with both hot and cold water. It can also connect to a campground spigot for running water. We fill the tank with fresh well water prior to pickup so it’s ready to use when you hit the road. The van comes with a portable camp toilet, but there is no sewer hookup. We include bags and desiccant packs for easy and sanitary use.
