This is a new unit, 29' bumper pull that can be towed with 1/2 ton pickup with towing package & 7 way electric plug and a 2& 5/16" ball. It has a low profile ( 10' 6" ) with little wind drag, easy on fuel. It has a electric awning, outside speakers and LED lights under awning. It has electric stabilizers and is easy to set up. This unit has a queen bed, 2 bunks, couch and table also convert into beds. Great for FAMILY REUNIONS & HOLIDAYS when extra beds are needed. RULES: NO smoking or climbing on the roof. Tanks must be emptied upon return. DELIVERY on request....

This unit is fully stocked with, fresh linens,(towels ,wash cloths, sheets, blankets, pillows,) silverware, dishes, pots and pans, all small appliances,(coffee pot ,electric can opener ,and toaster, cooking utensils, bbq utensils, cleaning supplies, RV specialized toilet tissue, propane, (2 bottles) inside games for children and adults, a smart tv and dvd with family movies, wine glasses for the wine enthusiast, Outside games, small fold up tables, fold up chairs, Portable pet pen (must request), portable stainless steel gas grill (must request). convenience items for the one who might forget to pack personal items. There is also a hair dryer in the trailer.

Recommendations

You will be probably be outdoors a lot of the time, so we suggest you can play horse shoes, corn hole, dominoes, barbeque, or just sit outdoors and listen to the music that is piped outside or just relax under the awning. At night you can just relax and watch a movie or tv. We and others have been to different states, which we display on the front of our RV.

Other things to note

Our basic rules are: No getting on the roof for any reason, NO smoking or vaping inside the unit, No cats please, but we do allow potty trained furry pets. No passengers inside the rv while it is being towed. And always use safety chains while transporting.
