5.0Alex was absolutely exceptional to work with throughout our trailer rental experience. I initially reached out weeks before our trip to ask about the logistics of delivering the trailer to the Overland Expo in Flagstaff, Arizona, and from the very beginning Alex was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and responsive to every message. He went above and beyond helping us navigate the expo entrance, choose the best campsite for setup, and thoroughly walk us through every detail of the trailer, including the electrical system, solar setup, generator, and water systems. The trailer itself was spotless and in like-new condition. We also really appreciated the time Alex took to share his knowledge and insights about different trailer types and overlanding setups. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable and educational. We spent 3 nights and 4 days in the trailer, and Alex even checked in during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. The trailer had all the necessities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable adventure. We would most definitely rent from Alex again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless, professional, and enjoyable Outdoorsy experience!
