Review summary
Highly communicative but cancels
Francisco is praised for being very communicative and helpful. However, he has canceled multiple bookings, and one guest reported an unjustified deposit charge and a dirty trailer at pickup.
Easy to tow and spacious
Guests found the 2021 Grand Design Momentum clean, roomy, and easy to operate, suitable for families and a perfect toy hauler. One negative comment noted it was dirty upon pickup.

5.0The Camper was very clean and easy to operate. The owner was extremely good with communication if I ever needed to figure something out with the unit. I would easily rent from them again in the future.
