Fully equipped Travel Trailer. Not intimidating to tow because of it's compact size A queen size bed for two adults and twin bunks best suited for children. Stabilizing jacks easily deployed. An electric awning works with the touch of a finger. Water heater and fridge work on both propane and electric. Furnace is only propane for boon docking but a small supplied electric space heater will keep it warm in the winter or a chilly night. . Air conditioning operates just like a household unit and cools you in the summer. You can tell by the pictures that in addition to normal 4 place dining setting and pots/pans, also provided will be toaster oven, coffee pot, electric fry pan, BBQ grill and outdoor carpet. This RV has everything you need and nothing you don't. Plenty of storage in cabinets and under queen bed, seats and bottom bunk. A weight distributing hitch with sway control will be provided. The electric is standard seven pin design for lights, battery and brakes. This trailer is equipped with a special brake controller if your tow vehicle is not equipped with one. You Must at least have the 12 volt power wire to your rear plug. You may also use your own controller if you are equipped. Note add ons only if needed. I can provide generators and dump tank for boon docking. One of my jobs was to inspect and deliver newly purchased RVs to new owners. give you a complete walk thru to explain every feature and operation. I'll get you started with confidence.For those interested in renting I will gladly email a printable instruction sheet on the RV that relates to towing, usage of all features. It will make the send off orientation more informative.The only thing you need to provide would be food, linens, bedding, towels paper plates? and outdoor chairs. Don't think it's small because of the16 ft length. It is the same size as a 19 ft Jayco, go figure.A TV and DVD have been included but don't show yet in the pictures.Other things to notePrior to your trip, first timers should spend some time on You Tube. Lots of good video lessons on setting up, cleaning tanks etc.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

I am flexible. Most PU in the morning and Return after cleanup at home. I can even arrange for a send off or return on days that I am must work by providing lock key codes to storage and RV doors. Vehicle orientation must then be done on a prior date.

What kind of Vehicle does it take to tow this RV?

A.

Check your owners manual for Vehicle details. 1. It MUST have a class III hitch. It MUST be capable of pulling 5,000 pounds with a tongue weight of 377 lbs. It MUST have a 7 pin RV plug with brake , tail, turn lights plus the 12 volt wire to charge the battery active. I does not need the brake wire or controller. I have a remote system.

Is it self sufficient.

A.

The battery can run most everything. You only need to plug in for TV, Microwave, and Air Conditioning. Depending on your demands the battery will run down and you will need to charge it with tow vehicle. I highly recommend getting a full hook up site with Electric, Water and sewer. Much more civilized. Worth the money. Not every place allows generators.

It's a Forest River and the smallest version of the "Wolf Pup".
