Our 5-6 person trailer traveler is perfect for your next adventure.We can deliver and set up.Spacious, non-smoking, 2025 Jayco 22ft travel trailer. Accommodates 5-6 individuals. Key features include a 6.5ft interior height, large bath/shower combination, skylight, and instant hot water heater. The trailer features 2 (300lb) bunks, a queen-sized bed, and a large dinette convertible to a bed. Additional amenities include camping chairs, an awning, and large patio rug. This Jayco Baja edition is equipped with (2) 12-volt batteries and (1) 7-gallon propane tanks, ideal for exploration and boon-docking/dry camping. The trailer comes fully equipped with towels, soap, dishes, utensils, a Keurig, coffee, and cleaning supplies.***Blankets available upon request with a fee****** There is a 50 mile one way driving limit.*** This may be negotiable.*** Minimum tow vehicle Must be able to tow at least 4000lbs ******Please send the campsite information before booking. The shower was clean, pleasant and had ample warm water. The decorations made it feel personal. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. We loved all of it!

Rick and Stephanie were VERY responsive and accommodating. The trailer is clean and feels new. It is well stocked and has everything a beginner or trailer camper would need. Marshmallow roasting sticks would be a nice addition
