5The Austin's are exceptional hosts that go above and beyond. They are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had great communication and delivered and picked up exactly as agreed. The RV "Big Gem" was very clean (looked brand new) and extremely well stocked with everything that you could think of that you would need. The bed was extremely comfortable!! I highly recommend anyone the Austin's and "Big Gem"!! I will certainly be using them again. Thank you Austin's for making it a great weekend for me and my family.

5Everything was perfect! From drop off to pick up everything that was described was accurate. Very clean and well equipped. The master bed was super comfy. All the outside accessories were such a nice addition. We would absolutely rent from them again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We do have flexibility for both guests who need delivery and guests who will tow themselves. Please contact us directly as our availability can depend on the day of the week.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This RV is very straightforward with all automatic operations except auto-leveling. We have labeled buttons and switches on the control panel for your convenience. We are working on producing operational videos that we can share with our guests!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
While we prefer to offer delivery and set-up for our guests, we understand that certain guests are equipped to tow themselves. We will do a thorough walk-through upon guest pickup. The electric and sewage hook ups are located on the driver side of the RV and the water hook up is on the back. Electric is an easy surge protector and plug in. Screw in the "stinky slinky" and pull the black and grey handles for sewage. For city water, just screw in the hose! Soon we will offer "how-to" videos!
