Our Hideout is ready to host your family for your week long vacation or quick weekend getaway! This easy to tow, brand new camper is perfect for couples, a group of friends and families. Featuring a queen size bed in the front and a set of bunk beds in the rear (30" x 74" - perfect for kids needing a cozy place to rest!). It also has a dinette that will convert into a bed, sleeping 1 adult or 2 kids. The kitchen has a sink, 2 burner stove, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cups, plates, knives, forks, spoons, kitchen/cooking utensils and some pots and pans. The bathroom in the rear has a sink, toilet and 38" walk in shower to wash up from a great day of camping! Blackout night shades on windows for privacy and a great nights sleep and fresh linens are provided. The hideout is also equipped with heat and an Air Conditioner as well as storage for all your gear.Is it raining on your trip? Don't worry, the Hideout is stocked with board games and card games to keep you busy until the rain passes. Listen to your favorite music with the included Bluetooth capable radio.Outside our trailer comes with a waterproof mat, 4 camp chairs, exterior LED lighting, a 10' power awning and stabilization jacks which makes for a perfect place to enjoy a great campfire.The Hideaway also comes with a propane tank and all the hookup cables and hoses that you will need.Well behaved dogs are allowed upon approval (2 maximum) but please remember that not all dogs love camping and to please know your dog before you bring him/her along. A dog leash hookup is located right outside the front door so your pup can enjoy the outside right along with you. Please do not leave your pet unattended inside the camper. Pick up and drop off times Monday-Friday are at 6PM, weekend pick ups and drop offs can be more flexible. Other things to notePlease allow for 90 minutes at pick up for walk through and instructions. Pick up/drop off times are at 6PM on weeknights. We are able to deliver and set up for you within a 30 mile radius of our home for an additional fee . Please empty all tanks before returning. A fee of $150.00 will be applied for tanks that are not empty on return.
2 dogs maximum allowed, all dogs must be preapproved. A $250.00 fee will be applied for any pets not preapproved
No smoking. A $250.00 fee will be applied for any signs of smoking in the camper
Please return the camper clean, in the same condition as it was when you picked it up. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the camper is returned needing excessive cleaning above normal wear and tear.
Please do not climb on the roof
Please ONLY use toilet paper provided for you and this is the only thing that can be flushed down the toilet. Do not flush feminine products of any kind or any unapproved toilet paper. A 250.00 fee will be applied for unapproved items being flushed down the toilet causing a clog or backed up system.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If given enough notice we can be flexible with pick up and drop offs. However, we both work full time so please keep in mind that we need advance notice to change our work schedules to accommodate. We will do our best but it may not always be possible.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
When you pickup the camper, we will go over all of this with you. For an added fee, we can help you set up at your campsite within a 50 mile radius.
