Phil and I were in constant communication before and during the trip and the stay went just about perfect. It was our families first time ever staying in a camper, and it was clean, comfortable, roomy and very welcoming. We would stay in this camper and work with Phil again if given the opportunity.

Do not rent with Phil, he is one dishonest individual. We were at a full hook up campground and he tried to tell me I didn’t empty the black tank. Why would I empty the gray tank but not the black? He did apologize and said it was his fault told me the black tank was empty but then says we broke a shelf in the refrigerator. So basically he stole $40 from us for the price of the shelf that was allegedly broken. He delivered the camper, and when he was setting it up, he opened up the slide into a power pole and damaged the side of the camper and broke a bracket. He came out the next day to fix, and we were inconvenienced for three hours.

We had a great overall experience! The camper was clean and very well stocked with everything we could need. Phil was so nice and responded to every message in a timely matter. He worked with us and accommodated our schedule so we could pick up and drop off the trailer. We will definitely be booking again!
