With under 35,000 miles this meticulously maintained and cared 31 foot long motorhome is running smooth and is ready to take you on your next adventure. It had sleeping bunks above the drivers cab, the jackknife couch turns into a bed, and the dining table can be transformed to another sleeping space. With the four sleeping areas our Minnie Winnie sleeps eight. We'll have it ready to go for you with a full tank of water and propane. When you bring it back if you're not wild about having to drain the black/gray tanks we've added an optional fee and we'll take care of that for you.If you want to pick up the motorhome immediately ready to hit the road be sure to choose the option for "Fully Stocked" which includes plates, cups, utensils, cookware, towels, extra linens and everything you need to feel at home on the road. You'll have plenty of comforts like the recently upgraded televisions (Hdmi inputs to connect to your devices) along with a Blu-ray player, or you can enjoy any of the 500 games on the mini-Nintendo.If you're taking younger kids with you feel free to message us for a few travel tips - we have five little boys of our own and can share some tips. We also have some car seats that can be made available if needed. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Safe travels! What's includedBasic rental includes bedding for the queen bed."Fully Stocked" adds in includes plates, cups, utensils, cookware, towels, camp chairs, Keurig machine, and everything you need to feel at home on the road.RecommendationsWhile most people are familiar with the National Parks like Zion and Bryce, try to check out some of the state parks as well. Our personal favorite is Goblin Valley.Don't worry too much if you can't get a camp site within the park itself. There are a lot of places for boondocking (camping without hookups) on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) property. You can search for BLM campsites online, or there are a number of apps that can help. We tend to use the app Campendium.Other things to noteNo smoking in the motorhome, must stay on paved roads (short distances unpaved to get to the final campsite is understandable, but no more than a few hundred feet off pavement). No festivals

Meet your host, Chris

Member since 2020

We're a family with five young boys, some of them on the autism spectrum, so the motorhome makes family vacations much more manageable. With so many places nearby to explore we're actually able to spend our time at the sights rather than stopping at every other rest stops along the way.

Q.Do I need to add the dump option?
A.
Most people don't need to add the dump option. If you're going to a site that has hookups or you'll be gone for more than a weekend you'll probably want/need to empty the holding tanks sometime during your trip. Usually the dump option is only used when folks take a quick weekend trip and they plan to return without having emptied the tanks. You can always skip the dump fee when you reserve, but if for some reason you're not able to empty tanks before returning it can always be added after.

Q.What is included with the "Fully Stocked" option?
A.
The basic rental includes bedding for the queen bed. "Fully Stocked" adds in includes plates, cups, utensils, cookware, towels, camp chairs, Keurig machine, and everything you need to feel at home on the road.

Q.Do you have walkthrough videos I should watch before pickup up the motorhome?
A.
You can find our videos here. First link is a playlist that covers all the videos, or you can jump to the specific video: Playlist: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZrzq_BkvoqHEu_ccJe8KcniSvd73Ykew Interior Walkthrough https://youtu.be/Vu5Qul7qcJo (12:33) How to empty the sewer (black and gray) holding tanks https://youtu.be/2yGxSxdln8U (4:39) Using the Dometic manual awning (4:59) https://youtu.be/VGDw589IqSY
