Review summary
Responsive, supportive, knowledgeable hosts
Owners were timely, gave thorough briefings, and were readily available for questions from first-time RVers, even from the road. One guest, however, reported being charged for undocumented damages and found the RV winterized upon pickup.
Easy to drive, handles well
Guests found the RV easy to operate and drive smoothly, even on dirt roads. It featured good amenities including a working stovetop, microwave, instant hot water, and comfortable sleeping. One reviewer noted the interior was shabby and the RV was winterized upon pickup.

2.0The RV was in excellent mechanical condition but the interior is looking shabby - needs a overall re-do. We were disappointed to be told on pickup that the RV was still winterized and that if we wanted to use the water we would have to flush the system of antifreeze - which we neither wanted to do or were equipped to do. As a result we didn't actually sleep in the RV. In addition, there was a small scrape on the left front when we returned the RV that apparently occured when we were using it. Surprisingly, to us, we were also billed for repairs for "scratches" on the right rear of the vehicle that I was unable to detect - total charge $1,100. In fairness, the owner said we could pay to have it fixed ourselves and after speaking with the body shop, we decided it was not worth the effort. The owner reduced the price to just under $1000 and we paid the fee. I regard the entire trip as agood investment, as now I know not to buy an RV like this again. BTW the Outdoorsy people were very helpful throughout.

5.0Great experience with the host and this wonderful RV. The host was timely in responding and meeting with the vehicle, showed me the key features and functions and got us on the road quickly. The RV was top of the line, everything worked great and it was very comfortable for our trip. Would rent again for sure.

5.0The RV was in good shape and easy to drive with lots of comfort features. A little small for 4 people-nice for 2 or 3. The hosts were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and flexible. They gave a thorough briefing of the camper and were available for follow up questions. I can’t say enough good things about them.

5.0RV was incredible, clean, and easy to operate. Owner was very responsive to us as first-time RVers and learning the tricks to operating water/sewage and other systems as we came across things we didn't know how to do (and with a little help from youtube). Plenty of space for 4 people and a dog!! Loved it and will probably do this again.

5.0We had a great time on our adventure out west! The RV was equipped with everything we needed and the instant hot water was much appreciated (especially after our trip to the Great Sand Dunes National Park). The RV was easy to drive and comfortable. The 2 dogs were comfortable as well. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and we loved talking with them about the National Parks. They were also readily available whenever we had a questions from the road (as first time RVers we had many !), Many thanks to our gracious hosts for a wonderful experience out west!!!
