Return the vehicle cleaned no excess dirt or mud. Drain and rinse gray and black water tanks. Empty fresh water tank. Return all contents back to original spots in camper and in storage areas. No climbing on roof. This will cause damage that the renter will be responsible. No smoking in the unit. Failure to follow these rules will result in loosing some or all of your security deposit.
