Renters are responsible for checking and maintaining the waste tank levels during their rental period. Allowing the tanks to overfill or fresh tank to run dry with pump on, can result in damage to the camper that the renter is 100% financially responsible for repairing.
Pets allowed, but must not be left unattended in the camper unless crated
Please clean up after yourself the best you can! Trashed camper will result in extra cleaning fees.All renters will be required to download the power watch dog app for their rental period (we will assist you with this is needed) This app connects to the surge protector that comes with the camper, this surge protector will shut the whole camper down in the event of an overage or drop in volts coming to the camper from the shore power. SHOULD YOU EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE OUTAGES FROM THE SURGE PROTECTOR THE CAMPER MUST BE UNPLUGGED, THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND TO ENSURE THE CAMPERS ELECTRONICS ARE NOT FRIED DURING YOUR RENTAL. NOT USING THE WATCH DOG DURING YOUR STAY AND DAMAGING THE ELECTRICAL TO THE CAMPER WILL 100% BE THE RENTERS FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIRS RESULTING IN THIS MISUSE. While we like to believe most campgrounds have "clean" electric some places do not have the capacity to hold all the camping spots they have causing the electric to surge or drop, specially in summer when everyone is running their a/c units.WE WILL NOT ALLOW THE CAMPER TO BE USED AT THE FOLLOWING CAMPGROUNDS FOR THE ABOVE ELECTRICAL REASON:

5Absolutely outstanding experience! James and Amanda were very nice and responsive. Trailer was exactly as advertised. Very clean and looked new. Delivery was flawless and James gave a great overview of the trailer. They were also available to questions throughout the week. Yes, the camper comes with sheets already on the master queen and the full size bunks. They also have pillows and comforters.

Do I need to bring plates, bowls, etc?

The camper does come with a set of 4 microwave safe plates, bowls, cups. as well as forks, knives and spoons. There is also a knife set with block, measuring cups, 2 large mugs and basic pots and pans.

Can we shower in the camper?
A.
Absolutely! We do provide a set of 4 washcloths and towels as well as a bathroom mat and toilet paper.
