5.0Great Experience with Miguel’s RV! Miguel was an incredible host. Pickup and drop-off instructions were crystal clear. When we ran into a quick hiccup with the refrigerator, he responded immediately to help us troubleshoot and get back on track. The projector was a huge hit with the kids and made movie nights special. Driving and towing were surprisingly easy and stress-free due to the RV's manageable size. Small Tip for Improvement: Adding some string lights along the awning would be a great addition to illuminate the outdoor seating area at night. We had an amazing trip with our family of four and will definitely be renting from Miguel again!

4.0Wonderful experience, although the communication was very poor. The host was not so responsive despite of reaching out multiple times and trying to even to reach out on phone. The fireTV mentioned was missing however the host responded later and wasn't sure themselves. Other than that, host was courteous to give linens and the RV was super clean and beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience

5.0The whole process was so seamless and easy. The host was great to answer any questions we had. The pick up and drop off directions were very easy to follow. The trailer itself was in great shape and very clean. Overall great experience..

3.0Originally communication was great, photos were nice etc. The day before pick up we were told we couldn’t have the trailer before 3pm which it says 11am pick up due to a broken faucet. There was also broken valve for water tank of some sort which we didn’t need to use. After our first shower, the trailer smelled horrible of fish. He told us to dissolve a puck in the sink and shower and toilet which we did. The smell then went away for a day and came right back. It was 102 degrees outside and we needed to keep the door open to air it out every day. We did not use the shower the rest of the duration because when we tried it again it, again, smelled like fish. He mentioned the guest before us didn’t quite take care of the trailer which is saddening but I’d hoped we wouldn’t have issues with our stay. We remained civil in conversations and transparent with issues we noticed. Unfortunately it wasn’t fully what we expected especially with a 1 and 3 year old staying with us. The trailer is visibly appealing which we will give credit for but unfortunately we had those issues arise that put a damper on the stay.
