Please only use the RV toilet paper provided or strictly RV toilet paper. Wipes, feminine products, paper towels and other items can severely damage the plumbing. Charges for not following that rule.
Generator must be kept out of the rain. dry and protected outside. Generators are extremely dangerous if wet and can cause harm to the person using it, the generator itself and the camper. Renters will be charged for damages.

Hi there! We are the Chambers family. We love making memories with our family in our camper and want to share it with you in hopes of you making beautiful memories of your own. Our camper has plenty of space for the kids, but also perfect for a couple if you are wanting some alone time. We pride ourselves with maintaining a clean camper with a little extra for the kids and that includes furbabies. We allow dogs, but unfortunately not cats due to allergies in the family. The RV was delivered on time. They set up and made the camper ready to be used very quickly. They made sure we had everything we needed even personal items. Great experience with the whole thing from beginning to end.

We had a terrible experience, unfortunately. It seems like the owners we not knowledgeable at all about the camper. They were 2 hours late dropping off the camper due to an "issue". They did not fill the propane tanks so we were not able to take a hot shower. We had to run the shower to try to get the hot water to work, per their request. The freshwater was not filled either and completely ran out. We tried contacting them several times about the issue and they were very slow to return calls and texts. They even took our security deposit for repairs that are completely false. It is such a shame that we spent nearly 900 dollars on this experience. I would definitely look elsewhere if you are looking for an enjoyable experience!
