Enjoy our 35' three slide out travel trailer which is set up at a small Campground in Maggie Valley North Carolina.This RV is on a lot right on the creek with an enclosed outside porch and a deck overlooking the waterMake unforgettable memories with your family. Our spacious trailer with 3 slide-outs can accommodate up to 6 people. Pictures will be updated once permanent set up at the Campground is completed. Displayed Pictures are recent of the actual RV located at another RV park IN TN. Currently it is being set up a our RV park in Maggie Valley for permanent stationary short term rentals which saves our customers the delivery fee and lot rentals at other RV parks..Queen size bed in the bedroom, 2 bunk beds and a comfortable couch. It has cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, camping chairs and a charcoal grille. The kitchen has everything you need; double sink, 3-burner propane stove, microwave, refrigerator. Small pets up to 25lbs are welcome.The community area of the RV contains L shaped comfortable goose down couch, TV and Fireplace. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee using the Coffee machine.You can go to all the nearby vacation and recreational areas like Smoky Mountains, Cherokee, Gatlinburg and Asheville.
