1Dear [Rental Company Name], I am writing to formally file a complaint and request a full refund and reimbursement regarding the RV trailer I rented for a family trip to Colorado. Unfortunately, the trip was extremely stressful and unsafe due to repeated tire failures on the trailer. During the trip, I had to replace the trailer tire four times, which cost me $1,250 out of pocket. The original tire had to be replaced with the spare tire, which also blew out. After that, I experienced additional blowouts and had to repeatedly stop, wait for roadside assistance, and purchase new tires. On multiple occasions, I was stranded for hours waiting for someone to show up and fix the trailer. This situation caused major delays, safety concerns, and ruined what was supposed to be a family vacation. A rental trailer should be roadworthy and properly maintained before being rented out, and this clearly was not the case. Due to these issues, I am requesting: 1. A full refund of the rental cost, and 2. Reimbursement of $1,250 for the tire replacements and related expenses. I can provide receipts, photos, and any additional documentation if needed. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution as soon as possible.
