Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or near the trailer — this includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, hookah, e-cigs, etc. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if any smoke odor or residue is detected.
Brake controller required for towing.
Maximum towing speed: 65 mph — drive carefully and avoid sharp turns or sudden stops.
Retract awning during wind, storms, or when unattended to prevent damage.
No climbing on the roof for any reason.
Use leveling blocks and wheel chocks for stable setup.
Empty black and gray tanks before return unless you’ve prepaid for dump service.
Cleaning & Dump Fee: A $150 fee will be charged if the RV is returned dirty or tanks are not emptied.
Please treat the RV with the same care and respect you would your own. We want every guest to enjoy a clean, comfortable stay!
