1959 Custom Camper
Comet is a vintage 1959 Comet brand bumper pull camper. Comet sat at a deer lease for over 50 years in the Texas weather before it was gifted to us as a wedding gift. Since then It has been totally restored and updated with new flooring, electrical, plumbing, Ac and heating. My wife and I decorated it with vintage finds, some of which are family heirlooms. We want to share Comet with other couples wanting a romantic getaway with a unique vintage flare! What's included• bedding, blankets, pillows
• hand towels
• metal eating utensils
• disposable utensils
• cups and dishes
• disposable dishes

•Several board games, puzzles and cards RecommendationsWhen I was 8 days old, my family took our camper to Purtis Creek State park for my first camping trip. So it holds a special place in my heart! We also enjoy Canton, Texas First Monday trade days and Beavers Bend, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Other things to noteNo smoking in the camper please!
We ask that you do not use the stove
The hot is cold and cold is hot on the a/c. Shes quirky for a 65 year old camper! There is no restroom or shower. When renting, you must utilize an area or campground with those accommodations.

My love for travel started when my family took me camping at eight days old! Ever since then I have grown up traveling all across the country from camping and cabins to beach houses I love them all! Now that I’m married my wife and I have made it our goal to travel as much as possible! We want to share our beautiful vintage camper with others, so they can make their own memories and maybe fall in love with the outdoors like we have!

We had a great weekend and really enjoyed Comet! The camper has been beautifully restored and made for a very comfortable trip. Our hosts were very friendly and thorough in their explanation of the camper operations. Pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. We highly recommend both this camper and hosts and will certainly consider Comet for future outings!
