A lot brand new in Fall of 2025. The entire canvas is new along with tires, cassette toilet, sheets, dinnette, portable A/C unit and fresh paint through out.Weights just 1,000lbs so if your vehicle has a hitch and 4 pin it will tow it. Two slide out beds and a dinnette that converts to a bed. It is simple but has everything you need to fully camp.Shore power for lights and outlets. City water hook up or a portable water tank for sites with no water hook up. Portable grey water tank for outside. Propane stove, microwave and cooler that plugs in like a refrigerator.I can show you the entire pop up and take down process. It is very simple and can be done by one person.If you get it delivered I will do the pop up and take down, you just show up and start camping.What's included• Plates, bowls, utensils, cups
