Rules: Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. There will be a $500 cleaning fee taken from the deposit if any signs of smoking are present. No pets. There will also be an additional cleaning fee of $300 if there are signs of pets. There will be a $200 late fee if the RV is more than an hour late. Although we don't expect you to bring it back immaculate, and we know camping can be dirty, if you bring back the RV unreasonably dirty (e.g. piles dust/dirt, trash everywhere) there will be an excessive cleaning fee of $100.Other things to noteThe fuel tank and propane tank will be full at pick up and are to be returned full. If you bring back the tanks full there will be no extra charge. If you do not we charge $25 plus $4.50 per gallon.The renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below the unit. The renter is also responsible for all damages inside and outside of the unit including the awning. If it is windy please bring the awning back in.
Off-road: Travel on non-public, unpaved, logging roads, and sand dunes are NOT permitted at any time. Lower 48 states only. Canada allowed pre-approval. RV is not to be driven over 70 MPH. All toll violations will be charged to your reservation.Towing: this RV is equipped with a tow hitch for those looking to bring along toys. Rules and policies
No Smoking, no animals, No climbing on the roof, only use the awning when you need it. Pick up time is 3 pm (please note if it is available we will let you come pick it up earlier. ) Drop off time is 10 am. Each hour past is $15 tell Noun. Then we will charge you a $300 late fee. We will not charge a late fee if no one has it rented out. But if someone does then we expect you to return it on time so we can get it cleaned.
