Our Home away from Home is just the right size to welcome families as well as couples for an enjoyable outdoor get away. The multi functionality of the 2 living areas allows for some privacy for you and your guests. One door opens to the kitchen-living area and the other accesses the master bedroom. The bathroom is in the middle separating the 2 spaces. It sleeps 6 as there is a hide-a-bed couch and king dinette/sleeper in the living room plus the master has a queen bed! The kids/guests can sleep in allowing you morning coffee time under the awning! The kitchen is in the back allowing easy access for meal prep when grilling outdoors.
Our camper is stocked with an outdoor grill, basic kitchen cooking & eating supplies, and a Keurig! We will provide clean linens, towels, RV toilet paper & grey/black tank chemicals. There will also be yard games, books, toys, puzzles & some movies just in case it rains! (Included in rental)
Also, we've provided a Google Chrome-cast and portable Bluetooth Speaker as a no charge amenity. The living room television Sound Bar allows for room to room and/or outdoor listening.
We have available a 4 person or 8 person tent plus air mattress as an add on option if desired.

Rules and policies
1. Be sure check-out and check-in sheet has been signed before accepting rental and at time of return. Both you and I need to be
sure the camper is ready to go and ready to come back. This will assure no unnecessary charges or fees are assessed.
2. No need to be on the roof, it is risky and injuries will be avoided.
3. If using water tank be conservative on use! No fun having to dump tanks and refill water! There will be a fee added if it happens!
4. If the park has restrooms it is strongly encouraged to use them for number two! No one likes dumping tanks and the less to deal
with the better!
5. Showers are nice but you need to make them short and pause water flow when possible if using holding tank! The hot water is
not going to last and the water will run out as well!
6. The awning is awesome but you have to take care if the winds get too high! It is also better to retract at night. When ever the
awning is out be sure to incline one end for rain to run off and retract enough to keep from over stressing during high wind!
7. If rainy and muddy outside use the floor mats for shoes, etc. and try not to muddy up the inside! Cleaning supplies will be
provided be sure to use them as an additional cleaning fee will be applied if mess is excessive!
