The 2021 Jayco Jay Flight 174 BH is a great family travel trailer that sleeps 5. The main bed is a full queen bed with two bunks and the kitchen table converts to a single sleeper.The trailer is fully equipped with a shower/tub combo, microwave, fridge, AC, stove top, sink and a two person indoor dining area. The trailer has LED lighting, speakers inside and out with a 200 watt solar panel on the roof.*The unloaded Jayco weighs 3075 lbs.*Delivery and pick up service is an additional fee, we offer this within a 120 kms radius but you must be at a fully serviced RV Site for this to be considered. Or dry camping can be arranged as long as water and toilets are not used. This is because you would have no way to drain the water/sewage.*Small pets can be considered for an additional fee.*To use AC, you must be hooked up to a full power site.*We will dump the black/grey water tanks for a fee.What's included*All kitchenwares- plates, bowls, pans, pots, cutlery, cutting boards..etc*Linens are included.*Coleman BBQ (Propane extra)* 2 flashlightsRecommendationsThe North Okanagan is between the Okanagan Valley and the Shuswap, in the interior of British Columbia, stretching from Vernon in the south to Grindrod in the north. *No pets without consent. If pet's are brought inside the unit, a fee of $200 will be charged.

*If this unit is brought back requiring excessive cleaning, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
*If your late returning the unit, you will be charged $ 15 per hour extra.
*No dry camping or off road (backroad) permitted.
*Septic- If the tanks aren't dumped, $100 fee will be charged.
*DELIVERY- You must provide and confirm the campsite number as well as attend the site during drop off at the arrange time. Failure to do so, will result in forfeiture.
*LOCAL MINIMUM DELIVERY FEE- $275.

Our favourite trip so far, was the Provincial sites amongst Vernon, the Shuswap and over to the rockies. We do not have any pets or children.
