• We want you to have an awesome trip while helping us keep the RV in great condition for future guests. Please review the following rental guidelines before booking:
No Smoking or Vaping Inside
Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
Pets Allowed (Upon Approval)
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval.
A pet fee of $50 per trip applies.
Please clean up after your furry friends and ensure they don’t damage furniture.
Toy Hauler Garage Use
The garage is perfect for ATVs, dirt bikes, and other toys.
Absolutely no vehicles exceeding 2,500 lbs.
Please sweep and wipe down the garage after use to avoid cleaning fees.
Cleaning Expectations
RV must be returned clean and tidy: floors swept, surfaces wiped, trash removed.
If not, a $150 cleaning fee will be applied.
For delivery rentals, we offer dump service add-ons if you’re unable to clean tanks.
Towing Requirements (If Applicable)
Must have a 3/4 ton (2500/250) or larger truck.
Brake controller and proper hitch setup required.
7-pin connector mandatory for lights and brakes.
Delivery Rentals (Preferred Option)
2-night minimum stay for deliveries.
We handle full setup, teardown, and orientation.
Delivery fees apply based on location (see Delivery Details).
Fuel & Propane Usage:
• No charge for propane usage
