RecommendationsAll Guests/renters must read and adhere to the following:-*Safety of Towing Vehicle - When connecting to the rv unit with the Equalizer weight distribution system please follow steps and instructions accordingly. Double check, triple check. Any parts of the equalizer hitch that is lost is the responsibility of the renter. Items lost during the agreed rental schedule will be replaced by the renter within 15 days of the last day of the rental or will compensate the owner with the full cost of the part. If the part that is lost or broken of the equalizer hitch system itself, then it is the renter's responsibility to replace the entire equalizer system or pay the owner the current cost/value for a new one that is the same brand and weight class.-Put away and store in the respective labelled bins: chocks, sewer hose and kit, fresh water hose, electric plugs (50 amp connector and surge protector), leveling blocks, etc...-Dump/empty black tank first then grey tank when tank indicator is almost full.-All tanks, even fresh water tanks must be dumped/emptied before any travel. *If not, an upfront $200 charge or the loss of the renter's deposit of $500 will occur. Renters are required to read the step by step instructions when emptying all tanks. Process can take 15-25mins.-Clear any obstructions before and after opening or closing the slide out.-Only rv approved toilet paper allowed to be flushed in toilet. No regular household toilet paper, baby wipes, flushable wipes, paper towels, facial tissue, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cloths or any other paper products or materials.
*Renter will lose the $500 deposit or charged the full repair fee if the rv unit's black or grey tanks are determined to be damaged or obstructed by any unregulated rv paper products (see list mentioned above) or foreign objects caused by the negligence of ther renter.-Turn off all gas stove burners (inside unit and outside unit) after use and prior to leaving. Only adults are permitted to use either stove. Absolutely no unattended cooking allowed.-Do not open the water heater door in the rear of the unit or change/move the bypass settings in the kitchen (large bottom drawer).-Do not open the fuse box or adjust/move the fuses.-Air conditioner, when turned on by renter, should not be set lower than 67 degrees F.-Heater, when turned on by renter, should not be set higher than 76 degrees F.
