Our trip to the Oregon Coast was fantastic! Our host John met me at the Portland airport, took me to the cell phone lot for our walk thru of the rig and sent me on my way. I met up with friends who were camping in their trailer and together we explored the coast from Newport to Astoria. The rig met all my needs, cozy blankets and a nice mattress topper, coffee maker and coffee, and John had even added a toaster which we used every day. We didn’t have the use of the water pump but each campsite we stayed in had water, so we made do. Our host John was reachable and helpful whenever I needed him and I would definitely rent from him again. Wonderful trip!

John was super communicative and very flexible. We had to change a trip last minute and we were accommodated. He sent videos ahead of time of how to use all the systems in the van. We had a minor hiccup with a warning light coming on while on our trip and John responded quickly and told us what to do to get it remedied. Luckily it was not a real problem, just a light. We came back a day early due to weather. John was able to arrange handover earlier than planned. All in all a great trip!

John's Winnebago was great, and so was his pre- and post-rental communication. The van was well-supplied, he shares videos in advance so we would know how everything works, and he patiently reviewed several key functions when our rental began. The van operated nicely at high and low speeds, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in order. We would definitely rent from John again if there is a good opportunity.

John was extremely easy to work with, and the van came supplied with essentials. Extremely capable van, we had a wonderful time enjoying dispersed camping through Washington and Oregon. Very clean throughout and the sheets and towels smelled great.

We love to travel. We live in Vancouver and enjoy taking trips to Seattle, to the beaches along the Oregon coast, and to small campgrounds. We previously had a motorhome, and while spacious, it was stressful to maneuver and we usually had to also drive a car so we could do short trips. Our Solis 59P is so fun to drive, but still lets us to all the campy things. We love that we can go from camping to driving as easily as with a car.
