5We had a great experience with the Thor Chateau for our vacation trip to Idaho. The team did an amazing job of orienting us to the vehicle at the start for a smooth departure. Solid communication before and after the trip! The RV was clean, fueled, and full of water for the tanks. The RV was outfitted with great basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, and linens. We will definitely rent again! Perfect space and size for our family of 4 and our dog! Thanks!!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We offer great flexibility for our customers. We have an add-on for leaving a car with us as well. We also offer delivery of the RV to your campsite as well!
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will walk you through all of this before you depart from the pickup spot or will set it up for you if you select that delivery service. The RV Takes a 30AMP Service. We have included the Cables and adaptors needed to work at most sites you need. The Water hook-up works with a pressure gauge installed to regulate the pressure. There are all of the tubings you need for sewer access as well. We will help you through all of the setup items.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Plenty to love about this RV. There is a ladder in the back for the over the driver cabin bunk bed for easy up-and-down access. Alpine Stereo has access to all of the cameras that operate around the vehicle. Will assist with driving and turning corners. Great system. Apple Car Play or Android Auto as well.
