5.0We had a great week with Elliot’s Outback and really enjoyed the experience! The vehicle was fantastic to drive and perfect for our road trip. The rooftop tent is nice and dark, which made for great sleeping. We did end up buying an air mattress for a little extra comfort and to save our backs — maybe an age thing 😅, but definitely a personal preference! A few small camping essentials were missing (good knives, something to make coffee with, and dish towels), which may simply have been oversights. Otherwise, the setup is very well thought out and makes great use of the available space. The inflatable pillows were surprisingly comfortable, the folding chairs were handy, and the battery system worked extremely well. We felt the rental price was justified more by the quality of the vehicle than by the camping gear itself, but overall we were very happy with our experience. Elliot was friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an excellent week and would absolutely do it again!
