5.0I rented Mélissa's van for about twenty days, primarily to drive the "Coastal Circle Route." While communication with Mélissa was cordial during the trip planning and before pickup, things became a bit complicated during the rental period itself; she is a very busy person, making it difficult at times to reach her or get a return call regarding vehicle issues. Overall, the van is very well-equipped in terms of dishes and amenities, though the refrigerator posed a challenge for longer trips. The Bluetti battery drains quickly when the vehicle isn't moving, meaning you have to plan on plugging it into a 120V outlet to fully recharge it—especially if you have multiple devices plugged in overnight. I informed Mélissa about serious oil consumption issues during my 20-day trip, and she committed to addressing them given the amount of oil the vehicle used. Fortunately, everything was resolved with Mélissa, and she reimbursed me for all the unexpected purchases I made for the van. In short, as a first-time van trip, the experience was very satisfying, and I would not hesitate to recommend this vehicle.

4.0We had a great time in the van for 3 nights. Easy to drive, comfortable bed and great set up. A handful of dishes, pots, utensils and a large jug of water which was quite helpful. Only things for improvement were delayed response times when asking questions about the vehicle & one car speaker was a bit broken so there was a ticking sound when listening to music. Overall great trip!
