Please treat our investment (the RV) as if it were your investmentThere is absolutely no smoking, no vaping, and no drugs allowed in the camper. If there are any signs of such, the renter WILL be charged $1500.I understand that there are no pets allowed unless prior arrangements are made. If your pet is approved, they are not allowed on any furniture or beds and suggested to be in a crate while in the camper. If there are any signs of a pet when not approved, the renter will be charged a $300 fee on top of any damages caused by the pet.Upon return, the camper must be in the same condition that it was received (no damages, clean, garbage removed, dishes cleaned AND DRIED and put back in the cabinets, any used/dirty towels and washcloths left in the tub, and used bed linens left on the beds. If not, additional damage fees and/or cleaning fees will be charged. (We do deep clean and sanitize between each rental)NOTHING except what comes out naturally from your body and the RV specific toilet paper included in the rental is to be put in the toilet (no garbage, wipes of any kind, feminine products, diapers, or anything else) or a fee between $300-$1500 may be charged to flush or replace the black tank if needed.Nothing is to be poured down the sink drains or the shower drains other than water, cleaning products, or other non-flammable/safe liquids or a fee between $300-$1500 may be charged to flush or replace the grey tank(s) if needed.Both the black tank and the grey tanks must be emptied prior to the return of the camper or a fee of $100 will be charged for us to have the tanks emptied. (unless you already prepaid to have us empty the tanks). Also, please DO NOT overflow the black and/or grey tanks as it will be a very expensive cleanup/repair fee.You must only have the camper at the location(s) that have already been discussed with the owner. If there happens to be any change of plans, it is the renter’s responsibility to contact the owner to ask permission to take it to a different location. (There is an Apple AirTag installed on this camper for safety and security and as an anti-theft device)In order to use the air conditioner, you MUST have it connected to an appropriate RV electrical outlet that will supply 120V and at least 30A to the camper (straight 30A OR 50A to 30A (with an adapter)). Also the wiring from the 30A outlet to the main breaker panel (supply) must be 10, 8, or 6 awg. Do not use a 120V 15/20A (standard house outlet) to 30A adapter if planning on using the air conditioner. If we find out that this was done, you will be charged a fee to have the air conditioner serviced and for any repairs needed as a result of operating with low amperage.Do not use the camper with a generator without a prior agreement made with the owner to ensure that the generator can supply this camper with enough power.ALL damages of any kind while being used by the renter are the full responsibility of the renter and the owner of this camper has every right to collect all appropriate fees to cover professional servicing or parts and labor to make the repairs themselves.Although the awning is allowed to be used, do not use it in windy conditions or storms and it must be retracted at night time and prior to moving the camper. Damage and replacement of the awning is the full responsibility of the renter and can cost up to $3000 for parts or to replace the awning.You must have the camper back at the agreed upon date and time. If returned late, you may be charged a minimum of one extra night’s rental plus a $100 administrative fee and up to a week’s rental if it interferes with the next rental pickup or the preparation for the next rental pickup. Communication is key as we understand that uncontrollable things do happen and we are willing to work with you the best that we can.Please be honest if anything at all happens (large spills, damage, accidents, etc.). We are very easy to work with and we always appreciate honesty. It is always best to be upfront then for us to find out later and then you incur charges that may have been avoidable.If any included items (dishes, pots, pans, scissors, etc.) break or are missing on return of the camper (as listed on the inventory list), you are responsible to cover the cost to replace those items.Only verified drivers through Outdoorsy are allowed to tow this camper.ONLY persons that were discussed with the owner are allowed to stay in the camper.Kids (and pets if approved) must be supervised at all times while in/around the camper and there is absolutely no jumping on furniture and only persons weighing under 100lbs can be on the top bunk(s).Please DO NOT CUT anything on the countertops. They are not made of granite, marble or quartz and they WILL cut. We provide a cutting board for you to use inside the camper. If there are cuts in the countertop after your rental, you will be responsible for refinishing or replacing the countertop which can cost up to $800
