Class A RV, she maybe a few years old but she hasn't seen a lot of use. It seems like people who have owned and loved her have had to give up their plans for her use. If you notice the sun and moon characters on her flanks you'll know her owners are Neil Diamond fans, and inspired this owner to crown her 'Play Me' from the title of his tune. I think it will inspire those who get use of the RV to have a great time, enjoy the sun and the moon, Play Me. What's includedI have supplied linens for all the beds and towels and wash cloths if you forget yours. There is an electric griddle and pots and pans to use on or in the oven the propane tank will be full when you take off we appreciate it if you top it off when you're back, as well as empty the tanks below. We usually supply about 50 gallons of water that is drinking water we have a water softener so the water that we fill it is soft water. We supply plates and silverware plastic as well as metal. There's a coffee maker and there are plenty of cups for all your friends that come to sing at the campfire with you.Other things to notePlease follow all the rules; no pets, no smoking, no climbing on the roof. Give us a call if you have a problem and take good care of our RV. Using outdoorsy's roadside assistance is an extra expense but well worth the choice. We hope that you will be able to enjoy her and have a memorable occasion.

My husband and I are both retired (at least I will be in July), he drove for UPS for 27 years and I worked the last 17 years as an engineer at Airbus Americas in Wichita, KS. We raised 12 children and now have 35 grandchildren and 1 great- grandson.
I love to knit and sew.

Owners are great, very kind and attentive. Unfortunately this is a 21 (or about) year old RV. The engine has really low mileage but the components are showing their age.
Linda’s answer
We have responded to each concern because it's important to provide the best experience for our renters, we want to acknowledge that we have made updates regarding this rental. Our renters are very nice people as well, a couple with two very helpful and polite teenage, or pre-teen, boys. They had a rental reserved that became incapacitated and they searched for a replacement in a short frame of time, we were thrilled to help out. They traveled over 6 hours from their home in St Louis, MO to our home in Valley Center, KS just to be able to keep their reservations along their vacation travels.
In response to Jamie's review I would like to offer the following:
The RV age is advertised up front as is the low mileage. The engine is original and the RV was kept in a garage for most of its first 13 years.
After this rental, we found the door damaged beyond repair and had it replaced.
The generator was working properly before and after their trip and has been completely serviced and is at present in complete working order. The renters did pull the fuse-box out of the wall trying to get some relief for their inability to get things working correctly, and we had to repair that and the wall. I will, from now on, include updated rules with information specific to opening that fuse-box door (simply turning the knob allows the hinged door to open revealing all the fuses and circuit breakers).
There are four outlets in the main cabin and 2 in the bedroom, each allowing 2 units to be plugged in at a time and these all work if the generator is on or the electrical power is engaged at a provided power source where the RV is parked. Yes there is only one charging outlet at the vehicle dashboard and the vehicle radio does not work (if it did it wouldn't be available, and neither would the charging outlet, without the engine engaged.) We don't specify that there is a provided radio.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can discuss drop off and pick up times, they don't have to be noon.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The camper is 30Amp but there are converters available (with the RV) for 50Amp.
The added air conditioner in the bedroom works on 110 only and is separate from the generator.
