Matthew was great to work with. We didn't get to our campsite until an hour after I told him we would be. He was extremely patient with that delay. Camper was clean and setup for our use. He took the time to show us some features we'd need to know about and communicated well before the trip to ensure we had all we needed for our trip.

We had an amazing three week family trip. With two adults and two kids 10 and 16, there was plenty of space for our liking. it was tight, but helped build stronger family bonds. Plus it was motivation to get outside and enjoy the freedom of space. Sleeping was very good, especially since the two kids had their own space in the large bunk beds. I particularly liked cooking outside with the cooktop provided, it was very convenient and worked perfectly for our needs. The shower and bathroom setup was just enough space for me, I'm 6'2" 180. It was easy set up and break down for mobility. While the awning didn't work, it wasn't much of an issue for us, since there was good shade at all the sites we visited.

The rig was perfect for then southern Utah trip with my sons. Only couple minor issues with the camper, but Jason was responsive and sorted them quickly. The truck drove great! I would definitely rent again.
